In the past we have notified John Myers of any changes in the schedule regarding Wal-Mart, but have been advised by an automated e-mail response that he is out of the office until November 29. Because of that delay, we felt it important to try and contact the association regarding the December 2 meeting of the Land Subdivision Committee. Please note that we have been advised by the engineer for Wal-Mart that they will not be filing for consideration at the December meeting.

The next filing deadline is December 27 for the January 6, 2005 meeting of the Land Subdivision Committee. We will continue to advise those concerned of any meetings regarding this proposed project.
